In this Service/Sales Representative (Territory Manager) position, you will provide timely and cost effective cleaning and sanitation solutions within an established sales route to your around the clock customers consisting of restaurants and other Institutional foodservice accounts. You will partner with your existing customers to understand their dishwashing laundry and cleaning needs and provide cleaning solutions and ideas to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

• Apply your mechanical aptitude to install, repair and perform maintenance on ware washing, laundry and dispensing equipment and systems; leveraging this service to strengthen the customer relationship
• Ensuring that your customers’ facilities are fully operational and teams are properly trained by demonstrating safe equipment use
• Suggest and sell additional cleaning solutions and ideas to your current or new accounts to create customer satisfaction.
• Grow sales within an existing territory of food service and hospitality accounts by providing customers with training, regular and emergency service and sales demonstrations
• Learn customers’ warewashing systems and devise unique solutions as their expert on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs
• Flexibility to adjust your schedule and hours of work to meet the business needs of the customers

Cities included in this Route: Fredericton, NB and surrounding areas

Weekend on-call coverage: Once every 4 weeks

Overnight trips per month: May be required based on business need

Income package offered: Base, incentive, bonus, pension plan and company vehicle.

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; additional post-secondary education is preferred.
• Demonstrated hands-on mechanical ability, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical experience would be an asset.
• Ability to sell value added products to existing customers.
• Abilities with computers, software and smartphone technologies.
• Effectively identify and resolve problems efficiently while working independently displaying a disciplined work style and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to adapt and adjust your day to assist your customers in order to succeed in this fast paced, around the clock environment.
• Willing to be on call during off hours and during weekend coverage
• You must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• You have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings.
• Bilingualism (French/English) preferred
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination may be required based on client site requirements
• No Immigration Sponsorship is available

Physical Demands:

• Lifting and carrying – up to 50 pounds, regularly
• Manipulating heavy items, equipment and appliances – at least 50% of the time
• Bending, stretching, twisting, climbing, working on ladder – at least 50% of the time
