About the Position

ATS Traffic Calgary is looking for a casual Shipper/Receiver to join our Warehouse department. This role will be responsible for prepping inventory for rental or sale, preparing orders and maintaining a clean environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized and willing to learn!

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales and rental orders with required equipment.
• Present a positive and professional image to all customers, visitors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain tidiness of warehouse, prepare traffic equipment for sales and rental.
• Participate in 6S Lean program.
• Use knowledge of safe packing methods, time management and prioritization skills for orders.
• Maintain and organize inventory including min and max levels.
• Ensure deliveries go out customers On-Time, Error Free.
• Deliver orders to customers as required.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year previous shipping receiving experience is desired.
• Own method of transportation to get to and from work is required.
• Forklift operator certificate is a definite asset.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol+Fit Test, including lifting between 50 and 75 pounds, is required. *As this is a safety sensitive position, there is a zero tolerance policy for the use of medical or recreational marijuana.
• Experience in either Traffic Control or Construction industries is an asset.
