The ideal candidate is an energetic professional with proven knowledge, skills and abilities, executing the following support of the company’s vision, mission and values:

  • Excellent internal and external customer service is required to be displayed at all times
  • Abide by all procedures in the procedure manual at all times and request permission for all deviations
  • Perform repair of slot machines, slot related electrical components, and slot data systems as directed by the Slot Tech Supervisor
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of slot machines
  • Ensure that behavior while working on the gaming floor enhances good customer relations
  • Carry out daily duties as requested by Slot Tech Supervisor
  • Ensure that the correct tools are used while working on equipment
  • Liase with Slot Tech Supervisor when it is necessary to replace electronic components
  • Keep a record of all spared used and of all repairs carried out
  • Adhere to all roster drawn up by management
  • Maintain safety and security procedures at all times when working on equipment
  • Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are maintained and adhered to
  • To perform other duties as required by the Slot Tech Supervisor

Successful applicants will demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • Must have formal electronics training diploma or experience in electronics repair
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Must possess good troubleshooting resolution skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and high volume establishment
  • Must be able to work in a team environment/independently
  • Ability to work any shifts required
