Job description: Our valued public sector client is currently seeking a Senior Secret Cleared Change Manager to Assist on Multiple IM/IT Implementation Projects that are ongoing within their department.

The Successful Candidate Must Have:

• 10 years within the past 15 experience as a change management consultant where you were responsible for analyzing and developing critical success factors, process mapping, and business strategies.
• Experience within the past 5 years working as a Change Management Consultant, within the Canadian Federal Government
• Valid Secret Clearance

Nice to Have’s:

• Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior mangement and stakeholders
• Experience coordinating the development and delivery of training and change materials with stakeholders

Tasks Include, but Are Not Limited to:

• Analysis and development of business “critical success factors”
• Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training
• Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities
• Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities
• Participate in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring)
• Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders
• Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions

Specialization and Skills: Management Consultant Organizational Change Management 5 – 7 years
