MANSIONI:

All’interno del ristorante si occupa di:

– Supportare lo Chef nell’organizzazione, pianificazione e supervisione delle attività di cucina

– Garantire l’applicazione della filosofia aziendale in termini di qualità e di eccellenza relativa alla propria

area, supportando i propri collaboratori nella corretta interpretazione

– Coordinare il lavoro dei membri della brigata,

– Disporre compiti e lavori di routine e speciali;

– Indirizzare e aiutare l’attività dei suoi collaboratori;

– Verificare e monitorare le capacità tecniche delle risorse, in termini di qualità, assicurandone l’adeguata

formazione secondo gli standard aziendali

– Verificare gli ordini di generi alimentari stilati dai propri collaboratori;

– Assicurarsi il corretto approvvigionamento delle materie;

– Assicurarsi sempre del buon funzionamento dei macchinari di cucina;

– Istruire il personale per quanto riguarda il menù, i piatti e le ricette;

– Garantire la corretta applicazione delle normative in materia di Igiene

– Instruct the staff regarding the menu, dishes and recipes;

– Guarantee the correct application of the regulations on hygiene and safety

– Esperienza pregressa minima di 3 anni maturata nel ruolo o come senior chef de partie in ristoranti e hotel

o Relais & Châteaux

– Completano il profilo: empatia, capacità di ascoltare e gestire i collaboratori, problem solving

– Minimum 3-years previous experience gained in the role or as a senior chef de partie in restaurants and

hotels or Relais & Châteaux

– Excellent knowledge of the Italian language

– Complete the profile: empathy, ability to listen and manage collaborators, problem solving
