Key Responsibilities

• Act as gracious host to our guests and ensure their complete comfort and satisfaction
• Schedule, confirm, and guarantee all appointments according to company protocols
• Provides professional telephone service to customers including a thorough knowledge of the spa’s services to maximize each sale and optimize customer satisfaction
• Coordinate client appointment schedules to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Coordinate and supervise refreshments for spa guests
• Help maintain visual merchandising displays and advise on ordering of inventory
• Check guests in and out of spa
• Perform sales transactions
• Provide spa tours
• Oversee pool and recreation area as appropriate
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

What You’ll Require

• Proven experience in direct customer care
• Previous spa reception experience is preferred but not essential
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to work all shifts
• Experience working with debit, credit card and cash transactions
• French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset

• Comply with all applicable Casino Rama Occupational Health and Safety policies, procedures and protocols
• Demonstrate a positive health and safety attitude to ensure Casino Rama continuously provides a safe entertainment destination for patrons and co-workers
