About this role:

Analyst responsible for overseeing organization’s technology needs and ensuring they are meeting the organization’s objectives efficiently and reliably. This resource will be a systems expert and will be responsible for sustaining activities (including day-to-day support). Continuously gains an understanding of the organization’s operations, how technology is used in support of those operations, and opportunities to improve those operations through process improvement and technology.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide day-to-day support for existing technology.
• Gain an in-depth working knowledge of existing technologies and touch points with other enterprise level systems.
• Key contact with the leadership team to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for technical solutions.
• Work closely with site and global resources during testing and execution of changes to existing applications and enterprise-level systems.
• Provide support during initial launches/rollouts of new technologies.
• Coordinates resources (including third party vendors) to implement solutions.
• Specific to Canada: Dedicated resource to provide critical support to Canada DC to ensure inbound, localization, and outbound activities have no unplanned IT related downtime.

What we’re looking for in you:
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical positions
• Demonstrated success building strong teams and relationships with vendors and customers
• Challenged status quo in previous roles to push for more flexible, scalable, and innovative architected solutions
• Experience with Agile software and test-driven development
