Job description: Our valued public sector client requires the services of a Bilingual Senior IT Security TRA and C&A Analyst to conduct SA&A process to implement all the required controls to achieve Protected B classifications on Salesforce portal improvement project.

On November 30, 2020, the Fall Economic Statement announced $ 2.619 million for the Home Energy Retrofit Initiative. The Government committed to providing up to 700,000 grants of up to $5,000 to enable homeowners to make energy-efficient improvements to their homes, up to one million free EnerGuide home energy evaluations, and support to recruit and train Energy Advisors to meet increased demand.

Digital delivery of the program will be achieved through a combination of online content on the organization’s website providing information on the benefits of the program and energy efficiency, grant options; and planning a retrofit and a program portal that will seamlessly guide the homeowner through the Home Energy Retrofit Initiative journey, including how to contact and book Energy Advisors for EnerGuide home energy evaluations.

The Department has selected to use a product provided by Sales-Force.

In May of 2021, the program and portal were launched. The initial launch of the portal involved a minimal viable product. Only the functionality which was deemed necessary for the program to operate was included. There are still numerous features that can be developed and integrated into the portal which will improve program management and operations. It is intended that several iterative releases of this portal will be completed in 2021 to launch all of the features that have been scheduled for a post launch release.

The continued operations and improvement to this system will require a multi-disciplinary team including a project manager, cyber-security expert, testers and a business analystarchitect.

Tasks:

• Using the SA&A documentation that was completed for the initial launch of the system, complete the required SA&A process to implement all the required controls to achieve Protected B classification for the Greener Homes Portal
• Work closely with cyber-security experts in CIOSB on the SA&A process
• Provide expert advice on all matters related to cyber-security
• Work in close collaboration with the development team to identify any cyber-security concerns stemming from improvements or changes to the system.
• Work in close collaboration with the development team to properly configure all environments (production, development, testing)
• Provide expert advice on the continued integration between the Greener Homes Portal and GCKey authentification.

Specialization and Skills: Cyber Security Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) > 10 years
