Store Manager Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day financial operations
Ensure the store is operating optimally and report to Operations Manager
Maintain adequate inventory
Open and close cash tills when the store opens, and the store closes
Upload daily sales in a timely manner
Deposit money to bank routinely
Engage in marketing and sales
Balance purchase-to-sales ratio to ensure the business is operating optimally
Store Manager Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Business Management or a related field required
5-7 years experience in retail store management
5 years’ experience managing multiple store locations
Valid Driver’s License
