Job description: Our Downtown Oil and Gas Client is looking for two Intermediate Plant Operator to provide technical and administrative support.

The location for this role is Fort McMurray. It is a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibly and consistently monitors and operates the plant through a control room.
• Conducts surveillance of operating equipment and critical parameters, while keeping accurate operations logs.
• May prepare equipment for maintenance and perform maintenance and preventative inspections.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and work with others to implement changes.
• Supports and complies with the policies, goals, efforts, and programs of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management System.

Must Haves:

• Intermediate level, 3-5 years of experience.
• Recommends solutions to complex problems.
• Typically acts as a lead in the technical/functional area, coordinating the work of others, but is not a supervisor.

Nice to Haves:

• Knowledge of HSE Regulations
• MS Office
