Locations and hours

• Ontario Warehouse: 25 Sims Crescent, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1K9 | Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM too 5:00 PM

Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible to monitor and control warehouse inventory by overseeing and coordinating day to day warehouse activities such as ordering, receiving and storing goods, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods to internal and external locations.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with management team for smooth warehouse operations.
• Maintain and control over 800 SKU in picking location.
• Manage various logistics and supply chain related projects.
• Able to coordinate and meet deadline for shipping.
• Ensure that freight requirements are completed on a daily basis and scheduled based on defined lead times.
• Must be able to maintain productivity standards.
• Knowledge in ERP and health and safety.
• Focus on effective functioning of warehouse KPI’s.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in warehouse environment, supply chain with diverse product and sourcing portfolios; consumer packaged goods experience preferred; food experience a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.
• Strong sense of urgency and results oriented.
• Knowledge of Mandarin will be an asset.
