Job description: We are a locally owned and operated exterior cleaning company looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our growing team.

• We are located in Nanaimo
• Our work area is based out of Nanaimo and includes areas between Duncan and Bowser
• Driver’s license and transportation are not required, but considered an asset. You are responsible for transportation to and from work.
• This job is very physically demanding
• Must follow uniform requirements. We provide you with a t-shirt and hat (hat optional). You must supply black work pants/shorts, steel toed boots, gloves and eye protection and rain gear.
• We offer the following services to our clients:
• ROOF DE-MOSSING, GUTTER CLEANING, PRESSURE WASHING, WINDOW CLEANING, POST-CONSTRUCTION WINDOW CLEANING, HOUSE WASHING.
• Base wage is $17.50/hour plus 4% vacation.
• Medical and Dental Benefits after 3 months
• Additional training certificates may be offered.
