Job Description Summary

Finance and accounting manager responsible for overseeing the monthly close, management reporting, and forecasting process for the Managed Digital Solutions (MDS) business

Responsibilities:

The Finance Manager role manages the daily financial activities and functions for the Managed Digital Solutions (MDS) segment of TI Digital Solutions, including: budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

Provides guidance to managers on financial reporting objectives and standards to ensure accurate, compliant and useful financial reporting.

Leads the annual budget and monthly forecast process.

Works with managers to produce and manage to forecasts.

Contributes to price modeling and price model updates.

lead the annual financial audit and quarterly reviews with external auditors.

Ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, including maintaining and updating the design and documentation of controls.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience

High Excel proficiency (pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced functions/formulas)

Experience with SOX compliance

Preferred Qualifications: (What is a NICE to have)

CPA / CA

SAP and/or Workday systems

Management experience

M&A, integration experience
