Job title: Accounting Clerk – 3-6 Month Contract

Job description:

Perform accounts receivable duties and support with payables on an ad-hoc basis
Process invoices and work with vendors
Input and maintain data for accurate vendor records
Reconcile accounts
Perform weekly Accounts Receivable updates for management

About You

College diploma or equivalent in accounting
Minimum two years of experience in Accounts Receivable
Intermediate level of Excel
Organized, strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Pay Rate

$20/hour
