Job description: We are in search of an experienced Accounting Clerk to join a great organization located in the Ottawa-East region. This is a full-time/permanent position on site.

Responsibilities:
-Perform invoicing
-Enter payments in ERP system
-Conduct collections calls if necessary
-Process and enter customer credit from our complaint’s portal
-Balance vendor statements, and solve discrepancies.
-Provide assistance with payables as directed.
-Perform weekly EFT payment
-Enters all expense reports
-Resolve any discrepancies and provides to payroll and/or Accounts Payable Tech for payment
-Retrieves copies of invoices and POs from all visa holders
