Our Vancouver real estate client is looking for a permanent Junior Accounting Clerk/Analyst to join the team.

Major Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will:
- Prepare monthly project projection reports, providing a detailed analysis on variances
- Input and reconcile actuals monthly into project proformas and cashflows
- Enter approved budgets and budget change requests in job cost system
- Other projects and duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor of Commerce in Finance or Accounting
- Enrollment in CPA program will be highly regarded
- 1 year accounting/analytical experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
