To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a PDI/Set-Up Service Technician to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Yorkton, SK. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize state of the art ag technology and be part of the future of agriculture. You will perform Pre-Delivery Inspections and assemble all types of equipment to prepare for delivery to the customer, as well as assisting in repairs of agricultural and turf equipment.

Responsibilities

This individual’s responsibilities include:

• Performs pre-delivery inspection on all types of equipment and prepares the equipment for delivery
• Assembles all types of equipment offered for sale by the dealership
• Assists in repairs and basic service tasks as required
• Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required in the set-up and delivery process
• Operates a forklift to transport parts, equipment and supplies for the service department
• Participates in training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge

Requirements

This would be an ideal position if you:

• Are mechanically minded, have ability to operate vehicles, tools and equipment used in pre-delivery and set-up processes
• Are able to assemble machinery components to manufacturer’s specs
• Have experience performing service repairs/maintenance
• Have a demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed
• Have knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products; this would be considered an asset
