To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Service Writer to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Moosomin, SK. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records relative to the service department’s operation within the dealership.
Responsibilities
This individual’s responsibilities include:
- Performing administrative duties
- Fielding customer inquiries to the Service Department
- Administration of warranty claims
- Managing processes, documents and work orders related to customer requests and service department needs.
Requirements
This would be an ideal position if you have:
- Previous Service Writer experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet functions
- A positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- A minimum Grade 12 education
- Experience in an agricultural related field would be an asset
- The ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary
