Job description: For one of my clients, I’m looking for an accounting technician, specializing in project-based invoicing, whose tasks will be :
– Manage the configuration and updating of projects in the system
– Coordinate the monitoring of project billables against budgets
– Prepare and send invoices in accordance with client agreements
– Provide project financial and billing reports
– Follow up project purchase orders
– Assist project managers as required with requests for additional fees
– Monitor accounts receivable
– Enter data into the accounting system
– Participate in improving operational processes and the accounting system
– Participate in the management of accounts payable
– Carry out any other related accounting and office administration tasks
