Brooks Farm Equipment in Alberta is seeking an Apprentice Heavy Duty Agriculture Mechanic to join their team. Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time.

Salary: $33 to $40 per hour, based on experience.

Shifts: Mon – Fri 8 am to 5 pm. Occasional emergencies could require weekend availability

Qualifications:

• 3rd or 4th-year apprentice with a focus on Heavy Equipment or Agricultural equipment.
• Experience with Bobcat and agricultural machinery preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural equipment.
• Learn to set up and perform pre-delivery inspections on new agricultural machinery.
• Maintain detailed records of work orders and repairs.
• Participate in training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Other duties as required to support the team.

Brooks, AB, is a charming city in the heart of the Canadian Prairies. It offers a small-town feel with the convenience of amenities.
