Duties and Responsibilities:
– Possess strong interpersonal skills; exceptional communication skills; provide high quality client service
– Demonstrate a willingness to learn; strong research and problem solving skills
– Handle all travel arrangements; purchases and reservations; propose initiatives to improve customer satisfaction;
– Manage correspondence by phone, email, and in-person; master database and base software (Desk Pro and Monday Board)
– Schedule and facilitate virtual meetings;
– Printing and photocopy documents for clients;
– Maintain tidiness of office spaces such as hearing rooms, waiting rooms and front entrance;
– Order and stock office; and printer stations
– Act as point of contact for suppliers, markets, clients, and other individuals;
– Handle confidential information with diplomacy and discretion;
– Additional clerical and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience working in an Administrative role;
– Experience with hospitality and or retail will be considered an asset;
– Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
– Knowledge of French;
– Friendly and welcoming demeanor;
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
– Demonstrative typing skills; and
– Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
