Responsibilities

• AR and AP
• Follow up on tuition payments
• Credit card, pre-authorized payments
• Reports
• Assisting semi-monthly payroll
• Data entry General ledger, journal entries, accruals
• Preparing cheques processing wire transfers, making payments
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirement

• Must have at least 1 year of accounting experience
• Business or accounting education
• Working experience with Microsoft Excel is a must
