Job title: Accounting Clerk – 3-6 Month Contract

Job description:

• Perform accounts receivable duties and support with payables on an ad-hoc basis
• Process invoices and work with vendors
• Input and maintain data for accurate vendor records
• Reconcile accounts
• Perform weekly Accounts Receivable updates for management

About You

• College diploma or equivalent in accounting
• Minimum two years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Intermediate level of Excel
• Organized, strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Pay Rate

$20/hour
