About the Opportunity
- Preparing and entering journal entries
- Entering accounts payable invoices in accounting software
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing deposits in-house with the occasional trip to the bank (typically once per month)
- Entering receipts in accounting software
- Preparing monthly files for submission to the bank
- Administrative tasks
- Photocopying
- Scanning
- Downloading files
- Ad hoc projects as needed
About You
- Diploma or degree in related field
- Knowledge of Accounting software
- Great verbal and written communication skills
Pay Rate
$20.00/hour
