Job description: Our client is an established and very successful privately held company in the Halton region. Due to steady growth and increased business, their Finance team is expanding by adding a new Accounting Supervisor position to the team! The Accounting Supervisor will supervise a team of two and report directly to the Director of Finance and be an integral part of the Finance team.

The Accounting Supervisor will be a self-starter with strong accounting knowledge. The successful candidate will supervise A/R and A/P and provide strong guidance to the team. You will be responsible for closing the month-end, account reconciliations, perform variance analysis and assist with the monthly financial reporting. To be considered for this position, you must have full-cycle accounting experience and be able to manage a hybrid team. This position is ideal for any General or Senior Accountants with a strong foundation in the above areas who are looking for a Supervisory position with a growing company and the potential to lead a small team.
