We are presently looking for open-minded and team player candidates, who will be collaborating with a great team within a warm environment, ready to grow and contribute their skills as an Accounting Technician!

What makes you a champion in this role:

– DEC in accounting (An asset)
– At least 1 year of experience
– Bilingual
– Must be a critical thinker
– Team spirit
– Open-minded and flexible
– Accounting software experience (example: Sage, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, etc.)
– Strong skills in Excel

Job Description:

– Make calls, send emails and letters to customers and ensure all monies owed are received
– Apply money received to the proper outstanding invoices in tenant’s account
– Perform account reconciliation
– Verify customer credits and invoice discrepancies
– Maintain vendors account and contact information
– Perform PO verifications
– Process approved vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner and send remittances
– Verify the accuracy of bills and supporting documents
– Perform bank reconciliations
