Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Manage accounts payable and receivable
– Data entry
– Reconciliations
– Journal entries
– Cash receipts
– Some collections – mostly by email
– Applying credit notes
– Calculating commissions
– Communicate with suppliers and colleagues in the US
– Other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
– DEC or Diploma in accounting and finance
– 2 years of experience in a related field
– English is the only requirement
– Experience with Sage 300 (asset)
– Basic level in Excel
– Be a team player
– Be someone who can handle pressure well
