SUMMARY OF DUTIES: …

The Accounting technician will be responsible for journal entries for AP, AR, company expenses, financial analyses, adjustment entries, helping to prepare for audits, year ends, and more!

Responsibilities

-Carry out various types of journal entries
-Reconciliation of accounts
-Complete various analyses
-Help prepare for month and year ends
-Help in the preparation for audits
-All other ad-hoc tasks!

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll need if you’d like to apply to this accounting technician position in VSL:
– 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
– DEC in accounting
– Strong communication skills in both French and English
– Strong excel skills an asset (Pivot tables and Vlookup)
– Ability to work independently and in a team
– Have the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
