Large company well established in Ville St-Laurent.
We are looking for our client, a large well-established company located in Ville St-Laurent, an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. The latter will be responsible for:
Volume rebate accounting management (full cycle)
- Analysis related to purchasing processes: collection, consolidation and analysis of data
- Calculation of volume discounts to be invoiced to purchasing suppliers
- Billing of suppliers related to volume discounts
- Collection of receivables and follow-up with suppliers
- Respond to requests and questions from suppliers
- Provide information to the accounting manager
- Work closely with the purchasing department
- Support the team during the end of the month by providing reports on purchases and volume discounts
- Ad hoc projects and tasks as needed
Do you think this job is for you?? This may be the case if you have:
2-3 years of experience in accounting (experience in the field of business accounting is an asset)
- Bilingual (French and English)
- DEC in accounting
- Attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work with a large volume of information
- A good understanding of supply chain management is considered an asset
- Analytical mind, problem-solving ability and sense of organization
