Salary: $22.54$ à $26.00 per hour

We are currently looking for an Administrative Agent to work with our team in the Clinical Biomedical Laboratory.

The Administrative Agent, Class 1 is responsible for the administrative and general functions of the Clinical Biomedical Laboratory or in connection with medical administration. He performs clerical and administrative functions such as documenting laboratory activities, producing statistical reports, scheduling appointments, following up on physical and electronic files, following up and processing invoices and supplier expenses, updating policies, procedures and minutes, including managing the necessary follow-ups.

Requirements

• DEP in secretarial studies or AEC in the field of administration
• 4 years’ experience in administration
• Good proficiency in French and English, both oral and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Candidates will be subject to administrative testing)
• Organizational and priority management skills with attention to details.
