Title: Administrative Assistant
Hours: Monday – Friday 830am-430pm Reporting to Branch Manager
Salary: $37,050 annually
Start date: ASAP
Job Location: Hamilton, Ontario
Responsibilities:
– Managing workorder requests in collaboration with branch manager
– Invoicing for accounts payable
– Attendance tracking for field staff
– Managing unverified report
– Sending on call schedule for field nurses
– Sending pager schedule to answering service
– Sending weekend CSC/On call schedule on Fridays
– Assisting with reporting in collaboration with Shared Services and Branch Manager
– Mask fit tests
– PPE count and management
– MyBayshoreCare support
– Investigating and identifying treads on five9 phone report
– ISSU support
– Field staff phone training
– Reception support
– Assisting with event planning for the branch
– Closing the office
– Additional admin tasks as needed
Qualifications

- You hold a Highschool diploma. Post-Secondary graduate with Business Administration program and healthcare experience an asset
- You have 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative support role with varied responsibilities
- You are a “go-getter” who enjoys doing something different every day!
Other Skills and Abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team; demonstrated ability and competency with respect to keyboarding, Windows software, multi-line telephone systems and standard office equipment; ability to speak, read and write English.
