One of our important business partners, working in infrastructure management, is currently looking for a key person to support and work closely with the IT department. The position to be filled will focus on providing quality administrative support through a variety of administrative functions as well as to all department employees.

If you have an excellent knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint, an excellent sense of organization and you are methodical in your record keeping, apply now!

Administrative tasks:
– Manage and organize your manager’s agenda.
– Write, review and layout correspondence and documents (reports, forms, communications, etc.).
– Follow up on ongoing files and perform data entry.
– Train new employees on MS Office and SharePoint.
– Perform requisition requests for orders and obtain payment authorizations.
– Prepare electronic spreadsheets.
– Ensure that all administration tasks are completed.
– Manage the administrative accounting of the main executive.
– Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:
– Diploma of College Studies (DCS) specializing in administration.
– At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
– Knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint (important assets).
– Excellent bilingualism – spoken and written (French and English).

– You work with rigout and are customer service oriented.
– You are known for your excellent communication, both spoken and written.

Salary: $58,087.47 to $69,984.91 per year (according to experience)
Schedule: Daytime from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – 37.5 hours per week
Status: Temporary (12-month mandate)
