Location: Downtown Montreal (remote for now – eventually hybrid)
Salary: Up to $55K per year (based on experience)

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist the Marketing and HR departments! If you are bilingual, and have great organizational skills, this role is for you!
Requirements:
– Bilingual
– Strong knowledge of Word and Excel
– At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate production of orders for promotional materials
– Work closely with suppliers, writers, designers, translators, etc.
– Assist HR team with event planning on various in-office programs
– Perform general administrative clerical duties
