Job description: Skyline Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant – Property Manager Sales to join our team. The Administrative Assistant – Property Manager Sales is responsible for providing support and assistance to the VP of Sales and Sales Managers. They will assist in quoting projects, general sales administration such as scheduling, data entry, and creating polished professional presentations for the VP of Sales. The Administrative Assistant – Property Manager Sales will make outbound calls to warm and cold prospects to schedule appointments for the VP Sales and Sales Managers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• General administrative support to sales
• Including assisting with inbox management
• Regularly update the Sales dashboard.
• Organize travel arrangements for the VP of Sales as required.
• Maintain filing system for documentation related to sales for example; meeting notes, emails, sales reports, quotations, presentations, and letters.
• Log calls and other communications into the company CRM.
• Keep team on track with targets and time schedule
• Ensure Sales Timelines are met
• Incoming lead response
• Quote times
• Phone administration

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Knowledge of SalesForce is a plus
