Job title: Administrative Assistant & Receptionist

Job description: A CPA firm located in Laval, QC is currently looking for an administrative assistant/receptionist to join their team !

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for two partners
Preparation and format correspondence, reports or other documents based on drafts, including correction of grammar, spelling and punctuation
Maintain billing records
Plan and organize appointments, conferences, meetings
Act as a collaborator and intermediate with clients, partners and other team professionals
Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
Professional attitude focused on client service
Value teamwork, client service and quality in detailed work
Ability to work overtime when required
Knowledge of Caseware suite is an asset
Schedule:

Flexible 7.5 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
