Our Montréal location in Quebec, Canada is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Administrative Assistant, Treasury. This job is permanent, full-time.

Your main responsibilities:
Reporting to the Treasurer and Vice President, Investor Relations, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides several types of expertise within the Company with an emphasis on self-sufficiency, continuous improvement and development of optimal solutions.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Treasury team through a variety of tasks, including document preparation, invoice processing, activity coordination, and other related tasks, as required.
Your challenges:
- Coordinate periodic deliverables for a multidisciplinary team and follow up on with various stakeholders to meet deadlines and monitor budget;
- Manage schedules and organize periodic meetings;
- Prepare templates and format documents using computer software and carry out proofreading and grammatical revision, in order to ensure the quality and consistency of the finished product;
- Prepare documents and presentations for meetings of the Board of Directors and other internal committees;
- Coordinate administrative logistics for meetings with various stakeholders, such as board committee meetings, disclosure of financial results and investor events;
- Ensure an efficient electronic records system for easy access by all stakeholders;
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget, create purchase requisitions and pay invoices in SAP;
- Respond to information requests and refer them as needed;
- Perform other administrative tasks for the Treasury team.
Your profile:
- Diploma of collegial studies (DCS) in administration or secretarial science or similar training
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Your skills:
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both official languages;
- Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling;
- Advanced knowledge of the main office automation software tools, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Keen sense of organization, planning and detail
- Knowledge of SAP environment, an asset
- Ability to multitask, to work under pressure and to deliver quality results on time
- Ability to work as a team member, to communicate with all levels of organization and to adapt to change
