What is the Opportunity ?
RBC Dominion Securities Branch located in downtown Vancouver is looking for an Administrative Associate to join an established team providing exceptional client service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will 1-2 year of experience in the investment field working as an IIROC licensed Associate (IR) or a strong administrative background. Note this role is full-time on premise.
What will you do?
- Complete New Account Documentation & KYC Forms
- Booking and confirming meetings and client lunches
- Scanning documents and following up on rejections
- Perform emailing duties such as mass mail emails and creating email lists
- Organizing and executing client birthday, anniversary and milestone celebrations
- Utilize contact management system for daily task management/
- Provide world class client service to our valued clients
- Completing special mailings such as promotional mailings, Christmas cards, client letters, etc.
- Scanning & Filing of Client Documents and Meeting Notes into Client Electronic Files
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- The ideal candidate will have at 1 year of experience in the investment field working as an Associate
- IIROC licensed as an Investment Representative (IR)
- Excellent verbal and written English skills – excellent communicator over the telephone
- Exceptional client service skills
- Attention for detail
- Ability to successfully multi-task and change priorities mid-stream, as required
- Strong organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Work, Excel and PowerPoint)
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of Dominion Securities systems an asset
- Good understanding of bond, preferred share and equity markets
