Job title: Administrative Coordinator

Job description: Kelly’s hiring! Our client located in London is in need of an Administrative Coordinator for a 3-6 month contract opportunity.

The Administrative Coordinator will support the Chief Communications Officer and others leaders with administrative and logistical support to ensure that their time and efforts are focused on priorities that require their direct oversight. Main responsibilities will be providing information and assistance in response to inquiries and scheduling, support projects, organize events and maintain databases.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years administrative experience supporting senior leader in a corporate office environment
  • Ideally undergraduate degree in business administration or other related field
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to function and process information with high levels of accuracy
  • Execute responsibilities in a confidential manner
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Strong sense of accountability and initiative
  • Effective problem solving and organizational skills
  • A criminal check will be required
  • Must be vaccinated (proof required)
