My client, located in East Vancouver, is currently searching for an Administrative Coordinator to join their team. A great opportunity for an aspiring administrative professional, this is a role that will allow you to get your foot in the door with valuable industry experience.

What the Administrative Coordinator does:

  • Manages front-line email correspondence, phone enquiries, and guest intake
  • Maintains day-to-day operations, including ordering office supplies
  • General administrative support including document management and mail distribution
  • Scheduling/dispatching technicians and following up with internal sales department
  • Assist accounting department on invoicing and other admin tasks
  • Data entry, order management and customer care for ecommerce platform
  • Other adhoc customer service and admin tasks when required

What the successful candidate will bring:

  • 2 years of experience in office administration
  • Experience with a CRM system is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task successfully
