Responsibilities
– Data entry in proprietary program & handling receiving documents
– Basic reception duties
– Filing & Reporting
– Accounts Payable
– Telemarketing (asset)
– Working in Excel worksheets

Qualifications
– Great organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
– Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel)
– Great communication and customer service skills
– Ability to deal with varying personalities of internal and external clients
– Vehicle is preferred as there is limited bus connection
