Job description: Your Opportunity:

This position provides clerical support to meet program and service delivery requirements for the Healthy Living Centre in Camrose. The position supports Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, Nutrition and other programs at the site. A high level of competency is required to deal professionally with the public and handle internal requests. Responsibilities include providing general office procedures, data entry, and clerical support and timekeeping.

As an Administrative Support II, you will require administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Additional Required Qualifications:

Office administration experience required. Highly developed organizational skills required. Effective communication and interpersonal skills required. Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with rehabilitation and medical terminology an asset. Ability to work under minimal supervision in a team environment.
