Job description: Your Opportunity:
Under direction, the Administrative Support III is accountable for providing the day-to-day Administrative Support to Management of the Facility Maintenance and Engineering Department. This position provides direction and guidance to the Facility Maintenance and Engineering staff to ensure accuracy in data collection, reporting of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable through Regional Policies and Procedures. The incumbent must be able to exercise good judgment and initiative in completing tasks and be able to work with a high degree of independence and accountability.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Additional Required Qualifications:
Office Administration. Fluent in English (spoken & written). Proficient with Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications:
Post-Secondary education an asset. e-People experience. e-Facility experience. Oracle experience.
