Job description: Your Opportunity:
As part of the Administrative Support team, you will provide support to clinic staff and assist in day-to-day operations and coordination of the office. These duties include the ability to manage and prioritize a heavy workload, maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively and possess strong computer and word processing skills. This position is responsible for scheduling Tele Health clinics and covering the reception area as required. The incumbent works collaboratively with staff and public; maintaining confidentiality and a positive and professional image. Other related duties as required. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Northern Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $6,300. this allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.
