Job description: Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Manager, you will provide administrative support to the mental health and addiction services staff and consulting physicians in Three Hills. This role will also support Drumheller and Hanna as coverage for illness or vacation. In this Administrative Support III role your duties will include reception, data entry, appointment scheduling, security and confidentiality of information, and word processing from dictated notes, assessments, and correspondence from psychiatry clinics. You will manage and record information; maintain office facilities, equipment and inventories; compile and disperse monthly reports; order, maintain, and distribute program resources, and/or other related duties as required.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Additional Required Qualifications:
Administrative or Unit Clerk Diploma/Certificate along with 12 months of relevant addictions and mental health experience. Successful candidate must be proficient with and have skill and knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite and in the use of Editscript for transcribing. Tact and good judgment to deal effectively with the public e.g., client way finding. Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. The ability to handle confidential material and demonstrate the strong organizational skills necessary to work in a busy office environment is required. Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Mental Health terminology is an asset. Possess the willingness and ability to adapt to new situations and quickly learn new system implementations in a changing environment.
