As our Administrative Support IV, you are the glue who holds our five-member leadership team together. Working under minimal guidance and direction, your enhanced skills enable you to perform a diverse range of tasks such as document control, managing multiple manager schedules, recruitment administration, onboarding, developing and maintaining databases, preparing reports, and managing inboxes. Your duties include gathering and validating data with your Talent Acquisition team members, to execute administration-related projects for the Talent Acquisition leadership team. Utilizing your demonstrated experience and training, you will assist in the preparation and coordination of project reports and related documents. You are an admin wizard when it comes to REDcap, MS Access and SharePoint in addition to composing, editing and formatting spreadsheets, documents and correspondence. You also have superior technical abilities which will assist the team in preparing budget and financial reports through your ability to understand financial reporting such as reconciling within the departments cost and functional centres. Your team looks to you to prepare and disseminate business documents such as project reports and documentation, meeting agenda and minutes. You will be helping Albertans every day by providing administration support to our amazing Talent Acquisition team to hire incredibly talented people like you.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields. Additional Required Qualifications:
Experience working in an Administrative position within human resources supporting projects and teams with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience with data collection and online databases such as REDCap. Advanced knowledge of computer technology and applications including but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and RMS. Experienced in decision-making responsibilities such as determining escalation points and assessing risk while considering client expectations and organizational priorities. Minimum of one (1) year experience in a position, which involved supporting multiple people and/or teams. Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of one year experience drafting, editing and formatting documents/reports for internal and external stakeholders. Minimum of one-year experience preparing and disseminating required project documentation to internal and external stakeholders. Experience in SharePoint administration and budget reconciliation.
