Are you a dynamic administrative support professional that can flourish in a fast-paced environment? Reporting to the Care Manager of Young Adult Services in the Edmonton Zone, this AD-4 position provides care manager and program administrative support. The AD-4 will work closely with the Program Manager, Care Manager and program staff to manage program efficiency and effectiveness. The work of this position requires a strong understanding of the organization, processes of the clinic/program, and stakeholders who will be supported. Your excellent communication skills, positive attitude, flexible and professional approach as well as astute organizational skills will ensure the completion of various responsibilities, including: managing information, including electronic document filing and shared drive management; supporting administration of the YAS SharePoint site; using Netcare, Connect Care and other platforms to facilitate program operations; scheduling, preparing, and distributing confidential information and supporting documents for a wide range of meetings; drafting and formatting a variety of correspondence and documents including letters, memos, reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes; maintenance of electronics inventory, staff check in/check out, staff schedule, timekeeping, and payroll and filling purchase request orders; and cross-training and providing coverage for administrative team colleagues in other areas. Maintaining composure and professionalism in an often-changing environment with shifting and time-sensitive priorities and expectations is a day-to-day occurrence. Excellent planning, attention to detail, interpersonal and time management skills are required.

Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education. Additional Required Qualifications:

An administrative professional or medical office admin diploma (or equivalent). Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a community addiction and mental health setting required. Experience in an administrative role within a healthcare environment supporting managers. Strong computer skills with excellent Microsoft Office knowledge is essential. Expertise in managing electronic filing systems, shared drives and records management. Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Operational Best Practices an asset. Experience working with youth/young adult population preferred. Recruitment Management System (RMS), e-People, Connect Care and iExpense training or experience will be an asset. Experience with SharePoint preferred.
