Job description: Your Opportunity:

The Administrative Support IV – Flow Team Coordinator will be an integrated member of the AMH Housing Flow Team. The coordinator will provide extensive day to day system support for the Strata Pathways referral System utilized by Addictions & Mental Health Housing. The Intake Coordinator will function as the primary point of contact for information, education and support and will be responsible to triage and escalate requests requiring clinical response. This individual will also be responsible for information management, data monitoring and reporting. The Flow Coordinator will have an excellent working knowledge of the Strata Health Care Pathways referral system, a strong understanding of the AMH Housing continuum and strong data analysis and reporting skills.

As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields. Additional Required Qualifications:

MS Office Suite including Excel. Proficient with Connect Care. Some knowledge/awareness of AMH housing and Strata Pathways. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working within addiction and mental health.
