We are currently looking for call center agents to start on February 21st for a company in the financial field.
Salary: 19$ per hour …
Schedule: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday between 8AM and 8PM. Possibility of doing some Saturdays during the month of March.
Location: hybrid mode = 2 days at the office and 3 days at home. The office is located in downtown Montreal near the main train station
Training: 1 week in the office
Duration: contract from February 21st to April 30th with possibility of extension

Responsibilities
Here are the responsibilities of a customer service agent:
– Take inbound calls and emails from clients with questions regarding certain documents for taxes as well as assist them in navigating the platform;
– Cross-sell as needed to advise on accounting and tax products and services based on client needs;
– Make outbound calls to potential clients;
– Other related duties
Qualifications
To become a customer service agent for this company, you must:
– Have experience in customer service over the phone or face-to-face.
– Have sales skills
– Have either a DEC or an AEC
– Be bilingual
– Have a positive and professional attitude
Summary
Salary: 19$ per hour
