WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Digital Technology & PMO team at Psycho Bunny is growing! With Psycho Bunny’s commitment to innovation in the retail/apparel industry, we are searching for an experienced Business & IT System Analyst to seek out, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. Reporting to the Manager, Digital Technology Delivery & PMO, the incumbent will be responsible for analyzing and determining Psycho Bunny’s digital technology needs, provide foolproof system-based solutions to improve the efficiency levels to its optimum level and implement solutions that support existing/new technology and business initiatives.
From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impact, our ideal candidate is a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. The incumbent should be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.
HOW WILL YOU DO IT?
Objectives
● Drive identification of requirements across various business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data;
● Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels;
● Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels;
● Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development;
● Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.
● Research, recommend, design, install and test new technology applicable to the retail environment
Key Responsibilities
● Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams;

systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties;
● Author and update internal and external documentation, technology-based policies and procedures and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation;
● Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems;
● Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations;
● Train end-users in how to use the systems, writing instructions where needed.
WHO YOU ARE
This is what you’ve accomplished
● Bachelor’s OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 7+ years experience in technology solutions, business analysis, and/or technology domain (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, TaaS etc.) OR equivalent experience;
● 5+ years business analysis experience, with particular focus on working with cross-functional teams to draw out, align and document business requirements and objectives
● 3+ years’ of experience in retail or consumer goods industry business leadership, operations, or consulting or analytics and systems development capacity;
● 3+ years leading retail project teams (as technical team lead or PM)
● Solid understanding of current retail and Omni channel industry trends, experience driving retail IT roadmaps and solid understanding of retail business concepts and the IT architecture and systems required to enable them
● Professional certification-including BAC/CABA/CCBA/CBAP/PMI-PBA/PMP/CSM/ITIL
● Ability communicate and work effectively with members at any level within a large organization, from the front lines to the executive, on both the IT and business teams, courage to make and/or advise on key decisions;
● Experience implementing Microservices and ERP systems and/or interfacing POS systems with other retail systems;
● Shopify web/POS experience,Omni channels solution, B2B/D2C Supply Chain and Order Management experience and Development background

● Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
● Excellent documentation skills; with practical experience generating process documentation, reports, standards and policies;
● Experience creating process diagrams and business flow for tech Stories, managing business validation and approval of stories and product backlog ownership;
● Can write & analyze tech stories including acceptance criteria and use cases;
● Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
● Strong working knowledge of relevant Google suites and Microsoft applications, including Visio;
● Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management with the ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously;
● Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions;
● Extensive experience with data visualization and highly proficient technical writing capabilities;
● Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills;
● Ensure adherence to accepted project management and internal ITIL best practices;
● Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
