About This Opportunity
The IT Buyer/Analyst will support the full procurement cycle (PO creation, Goods Receipt, Invoice Management, Coding, Accruals) for IT OPEX and IT CAPEX categories.
This will involve working closely with multiple internal IT customers, internal & external partners, vendors and Coke Canada finance. The role will also help track & analyze spending, & identify requirements to modify PO details or WBS elements as needed.
Working closely with the IT Operations Team, the IT Buyer/Analyst will support Coke Canada IT asset management to include mobile phones, mobile handheld computing, and other IT hardware.
Working close with the IT Business Solutions Team, the IT Buyer/Analyst will support software license management for Coke Canada applications.
A continuous improvement & innovation mindset is critical to the role as we seek to drive efficiency & automation of work processes in the areas of IT procurement, asset & license management.
Responsibilities
- Creation of PO’s for regular & one time OPEX spending & CAPEX projects
- Completion of Goods Receipts for PO’s
- Coding of PO & non PO invoices
- Creation of Accrual Summaries for Finance to post at month end
- Ad hoc tracking of spending for OPEX categories and/or CAPEX projects as requested
- Resolve vendor inquiries on payment status
- Participation in IT vendor management routines, weekly/monthly/annual business reviews
- Support IT Asset management as required (adds, moves, changes, deletes)
- Coke Canada escalation point for mobility exceptions/approvals.
- Support IT Software license renewals as required (adds, moves, changes, deletes)
- Leverage internal IT team & partners to drive process automation, reporting automation in IT procurement cycle and asset/software management processes
- Assist IT leadership with analysis and cost savings initiatives
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- 5 years demonstrated experience in Information Technology, Procurement, Finance or similar Technical/Business experience.
- Experience in SAP or similar systems for AP
- Post secondary degree/diploma preferred
- Track record of driving continuous process improvements
- Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities concurrently.
- Strong O365 skills, with particular emphasis on Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Strong written, verbal, presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders to achieve goals
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel as needed, on occasion
